Your business online — step by step
No computer skills needed. If you can use WhatsApp, you can do this. Each step takes a few minutes, and you can stop and come back anytime.
- 1
Step 1
Create your account
You don't need a password — just your email.
- Tap “Create account” at the top of the page.
- Type your email address and your name.
- We send a 6-digit code to your email. Open your email, read the code, and type it in. That's it — you're signed in.
💡 Next time, sign in the same way: enter your email, get a code, type it in. Nothing to remember.

Step 2
Put your business online
One minute is genuinely enough.
- From your dashboard, tap “+ List a business”.
- Type your business name — that's the only thing required. Add a line about what you do if you like.
- Tap “Publish my page”. Your page is now live on the internet — anyone can see it, even without an account.
- Tap “Copy link” or “Share on WhatsApp” to send your page to customers, friends, and your groups.
💡 Have a website or Instagram? Paste its link in the “Import with AI” box and most of the form fills itself.

Step 3
Make your page look good
On the manage page, fill in the Profile section.
- Add your logo or a photo of your shop — pages with photos get far more attention.
- Set your opening hours, so customers see “Open now” next to your name.
- Add your phone or WhatsApp under Contacts. For each one, you choose who can see it: everyone, only community members, or “on request” (people ask, you decide).
- Write a few “skills” — words customers might search for, like “birthday cakes” or “home delivery”.
- 4
Step 4
Add products and prices
Show what you sell, like a menu card.
- On the manage page, tap “Catalog”, then “Add product”.
- Give each item a name, a price, and a photo taken on your phone. You can also add a short video (up to 25 MB) — the camera and your photo gallery both work.
- Back on the manage page, tick “Accept orders” in the Profile section if you want customers to order from your page.
- Add how you like to be paid — your UPI ID or a QR code photo — under “Payment methods”. Customers pay you directly; the platform takes nothing.
💡 No fixed price? Leave the price empty and it shows “contact for price”.

Step 5
When an order comes in
You'll see a red dot on the bell, and the order under “Orders”.
- Open the order to see what the customer wants. Tap “Confirm” to accept it.
- While you work on it, mark it “Preparing”. When you hand it over or send it, mark it “Shipped” — you can add a tracking number or note.
- The customer pays you directly — cash, UPI, or bank. They can send a payment screenshot through the order page.
- Check your account, then mark the order “Paid” and “Completed”. Done!
💡 Change of plan? You or the customer can cancel an order while it's still pending.

Step 6
Talk to your customers
- Signed-in customers message you under “Messages” — reply there, like a chat.
- Visitors without an account can send an inquiry — you'll find it in your Inbox with their email to reply to.
- When someone leaves a review, a short thank-you reply goes a long way. You can reply right under the review.
- 7
Step 7
Communities (optional)
Communities are groups — your housing society, trade association, or neighbourhood.
- Join a community from its page with one tap.
- On your business's manage page, under “Communities”, tap your community's name to list your business there too.
- Want your page visible only to your communities, not the whole world? On the manage page, switch “Who can see it” to “My communities only”.
That's all there is to it
Everything is free, and every rupee your customers pay goes directly to you — the platform never touches the money.
